The client has a warehouse in Fremont California that is over 18,000 square feet supported by a Wi-Fi that is the main network for communications in this large warehouse. On November 2nd, the Wi-Fi crashed, the wireless controller that manages all the Wi-Fi access points in their warehouse died after 3 years. The client’s staff were dead in the water, wireless tools were useless, printing was inoperative, shipments were on hold and no one could communicate in the warehouse. The situation became worst when it was discovered that the hardware was out of support. No one was coming out to replace the hardware that day.
